REGISTRATION PROCESS

 

Steps for Registration Process:
  1. Visit the Website: Go to the official registration page at https://smetaolympiads.org/registration/
  2. Create an Account: If you are new, create an account. Fill in all required information such as name, email, and password.
  3. Complete the Registration Form: Fill in all the required details, including the institution, Coordinator, Participants details and payment details.
  4. Pay the Fee: Make the payment for the registration fee using the available payment options (e.g., bank transfer and bank deposit). Upload the slip in the upload section.
  5. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with details of your registration. 


Steps for Submission Process / Addition of Participants 
(This part is only for SMETA Essay Writing Olympiad, SMETA Photography Olympiad, SMETA Visual Art Olympiad, and SMETA Speech Olympiad):
  1. Log in to the Portal: Log in at https://smetaolympiads.org/login/
  2. Navigate to Add Participants details: Add all required details of participant.
  3. Upload Your Work / Submission: Upload your submission according to the guidelines provided, ensuring it meets the required format.
    • For Photography (Upload the photograph)
    • For Essay writing (Upload word / pdf file, In case of hand written upload its image)
    • For Visual Art (Upload the image of Art work)
    • For Speech (Upload Video)
  • Submit: Click “Submit” to finalize the submission process.
  • Acknowledgment Email: Receive an acknowledgment email confirming your submission.
