Primary Round: 1500/- per participant

Rules

1. Artwork should be created on a plain white on A4 (21 x 29.cm)/8.3 x 11.7 inches or maximum A2-sized sheet (42 x 59.4 cm/16.5 x 23.4 inches). The entire artwork must fit on a single flat piece of paper.
2. Artwork should be one sided.
3. Various artistic tools such as pencils, crayons, sketches, pastels, watercolors, artwork colors are allowed to use etc.
4. Ensure that your artwork aligns with the competition’s theme to avoid disqualification.
5. By submitting your artwork, you grant permission for the organization to display it at various events and on their website and it’s the property of organization.
6. Offensive or inappropriate content will lead to the exclusion of your artwork from the competition. The organization reserves the right to withdraw any submissions.
7. The organizers will appoint judges to make the ultimate decisions. A skilled panel of judges will assess entries, considering factors such as creativity, technique, and overall impact. The decisions made by the judges are final and cannot be challenged at any forum.

Primary Round

The Primary Round is the required step for all participants.

Submissions will be evaluated, and results will be announced based on the quality of the projects.

Winners will receive medals, prizes, certificates, and other forms of recognition.

Participation certificates will be awarded to everyone as acknowledgment of their contributions.
