Primary Round: 1500/- per participant

Rules

1. Submit a video recording of your speech, ensuring it is between 2 to 5 minutes in duration. Judges will deduct 5 points from each score sheet for every minute outside this range.
2. Ensure that your voice is clear, and presenter should position himself correctly within the video frame. The presenter should be dressed appropriately.
3. Participants may begin by introducing themselves with their full name, country, and the topic they will address.
4. The speech must align with the announced theme; speeches not appropriately related to the theme may be disqualified at the judges' discretion.
5. Visual or written aids are not permitted.
6. During the speech, participants are not allowed coaching from friends, supervisors, educators, parents, or coaches.
7. The organizers will appoint judges to make the ultimate decisions. A skilled panel of judges will assess entries, considering factors such as creativity, technique, and overall impact. The decisions made by the judges are final and cannot be challenged at any forum.

Primary Round
  • The Primary Round is the required step for all participants.
  • Register and submit your projects directly on the SMETA website.
  • Submissions will be evaluated, and results will be announced based on the quality of the projects.
  • Winners will receive medals, prizes, certificates, and other forms of recognition.
  • Participation certificates will be awarded to everyone as acknowledgment of their contributions.
